Key Tasks:

  • Lead the digital acquisition sales strategy and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned channels;
  • Build & track a digital sales plan, working in close collaboration with the sales team, web developers and the Marketing Director;
  • Develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels ensuring they are on time and to budget, including; website optimisation, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising;
  • Plan & drive the execution of the SEO strategy collaborating with the Media partners, Technical teams and content marketers as required;
  • Actively manage the funnel performance leveraging a data-first approach. Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase yield and scale volume;
  • Implement digital campaign tracking and ensure a holistic analytics approach;
    Directly manage offshore resources who are responsible for the lead management end to end journey;

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Hard-working individual with creative ideas about growth and process improvement;
  • 5+ years’ hands-on extensive experience in digital performance/growth marketing and/or sales;
  • Expert knowledge in digital paid media including PPC, Display/Programmatic, Affiliates and Paid Social.
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO and increasing organic traffic. Experience using SEO tools for monitoring and measuring campaigns success;
